Maxx Nichols is a Student Doctor, Advanced EMT, and Ski Patroller from Northern Michigan. Before moving to Colorado to become a physician, he worked EMS for Cheboygan Life Support and for the National Ski Patrol. He attended North Central Michigan College for his Associate's Degree in Science/EMS, Michigan State University for his Bachelor's Degree in Human Physiology, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree at Rocky Vista University. With experience in prehospital and wilderness medicine, and an interest in emergency medicine, this website was developed as a free tool to help those succeed in training and continuing education in the field of prehospital care. 

Amanda Dean is a working Paramedic and has a passion for education and creating a better environment for future providers. Mrs. Dean has a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Fire Science and an Associates Degree in Paramedic Technology, and has been employed at several different types of EMS agencies. She not only has a passion for teaching, but also for learning. She has her eyes out for the Critical Care Paramedic class, and constantly wants to improve her current skills.
